When you have worked for weeks on your Digital Intermediate, you should be able to trust that what you have created or colour graded should be transferred to film exactly as you intended it to be. Our tools for the Digital Intermediate process include a Colour Grading Projector, a Colour Calibration Meter and a Film Look Preview Processor. When these tools are used as an integrated system with the Cinevator®, you can be sure that what you see on your Digital Intermediate is what you get on film.

CineGrade™ Film Look Preview Processor
The CineGrade™ is a tool for pre-visualising how images, e.g. your digital intermediate, will look like when it is printed out on film stock. It receives image data through DVI or SDI and resizes the image to the resolution of the projector/display. The CineGrade™ is used at its best together with Cinevation’s Colour Grading Projector, the CGP35™, that has a similar colour gamut to print film, and film is printed on the Cinevator® Digital Film Recorder/Printer.

CCM35™ Colour Calibration Meter
The CCM35™ is the tool that will make your Colour Grading Projectors stay calibrated to your reference colours (e.g. the colours of 35 mm film) over time. The CCM35™ integrates perfectly with the CGP35™ Digital Colour Grading Projector and the Cinevator® Digital Film Recorder/Printer. The CCM35™ makes sure that what you see on the projected image from the CGP35™ - is what you get on the printed film from the Cinevator®
